CBD
CBD is derived from the hemp plant, and although it is a cousin of cannabis, it does not induce feelings of psychoactivity. CBD can be taken in different ways. Most commonly, CBD is taken orally or used topically. CBD may be used as an anti-inflammatory agent. Applying a high-quality CBD topically may improve symptoms of acne, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, wounds, itching, and other rarer skin problems. Once absorbed into the pores, the topical will work with cannabinoid receptors found in skin. Topical effects are typically immediate and more centralized than other application methods. CBD can also be consumed orally. You can find a variety of ways to consume CBD with mists, mints, and more. It’s a great way to try CBD, and the effects take a little longer to kick in.
