No, you do not need a medical marijuana card to purchase CBD.

Cannabidiol (CBD) is a chemical compound that comes from the hemp plant. It is one of over 85 unique
compounds found in hemp, known as cannabinoids. Thousands of people take CBD for relief of a variety
of symptoms or to promote overall well being.

Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), is the chemical responsible for marijuana’s psychological effects.
CBD does not produce any psychological effects. It does however act as an analgesic, anti-inflammatory,
and anti-anxiety agent. Federal law permits all products that have < 0.3% THC to be sold and consumed
legally.

CBD Isolate: This is the purest form of CBD, and when compared to other types of CBD, very little to no
amounts of THC can be found in its chemistry.

Full-Spectrum CBD: This CBD is stronger than pure CBD isolate because it contains other compounds
from all cannabis plants. Full-spectrum CBD usually contains trace amounts of THC (below 0.3%) however
these amounts can increase during the manufacturing process.
